Credit Card Reconciliation

If you have a company credit card you will probably already know the nightmare of trying to collect hotel invoices from your travellers.

With our unique reconciliation service this is no longer a problem. Upon receipt of your credit card statement we will match the debits to our system and ensure you have a valid invoice for every charge. In addition, if we find you have been overcharged on room rates we will contact the hotel on your behalf and request a refund.

Your statement is returned within a pre-defined period together with all the hotel bills.
