We have a highly dedicated team of conference consultants at your disposal who will source the most suitable venues available and aim the deliver up to 3 options within 4 hours.

Each event is negotiated to ensure the best possible rate is secured and we provisionally hold the venues giving you time to make the right decision for your event by referring to the hotels literature or with a site visit which we will happily arrange for you.

Once you have made your choice we will confirm the booking by fax or email to both you and the venue – we will then offer as much or as little support as you require prior to, during and after the event.

Our venue finding service is totally FREE and we are confident that you will save time and money allowing us to find the perfect venue for your event.
